Dayton, Ohio is centrally located 50 miles just north of Cincinnati, 70 miles west of Columbus and 90 miles east of Indianapolis. Located 6 miles north of Dayton’s downtown area is the York Commons-Miller Lane Business District. I-70 and I-75 are two of the nation’s primary interstates and intersect just one-half mile north of the district. This intersection draws shoppers from outside the traditional market area.
Twenty-five interstate highways and major state routes converge on this area, known as the “Crossroads of America”, a region of more than 300 cities and towns. This is one of the nation’s largest 90-minute markets. The Dayton International Airport is also just a 10 minute drive north of the area.
